Summer Concert Series brings tunes to Potawatomi Park
SOUTH BEND, Ind.— South Bend’s Ethic Fest is returning to Howard Park this weekend after two decades, but this time with a new name and increased security.
The gates will open Saturday at 10am through 9pm and Sunday from noon to 5pm.
There will be a number of vendors, performers, and activities to celebrate the cultures and diversity of South Bend.
There will be bike racks, but no large bags coolers, or weapons are allowed.
