Excise police arrest 19 at South Bend concert

SOUTH BEND, Ind. -- Indiana Excise Police officers arrested 19 people at a concert in South Bend on Sunday at the St. Joseph County 4-H Fairgrounds.
The arrests included:
- 13 arrests on drug charges
- 2 minors arrested on illegal possession or consumption of alcohol charges
- 1 adult arrested on a furnishing alcohol to a minor charge
- One minor was arrested on a false informing charge
In addition, three juveniles were cited for possession of tobacco and two people were cited for littering.
The concert included Chevelle, Adelitas Way, Saliva, Tantric and Eve to Adam.
