Storms trend from isolated in the early evening, to scattered / widespread in the late evening. There is still some question as to how a wave / line of storms develop after 8:00 PM, and if they maintain strength / become severe. Bottom line, plan for thunderstorms this evening.
The Memorial Day Weekend starts our fair and mild Saturday and turns stormy, Sunday. Sunday afternoon and evening could feature multiple rounds of thunderstorms, both with their own severe threat. Make sure you have ways of getting your weather alerts, check for updates Saturday as we may need to increase the Threat Tracker level, and increase awareness / preparation.
