Fairfield High School's new coaching lineup

ELKHART COUNTY, Ind. -- A month ago, Fairfield Boys' Basketball coach Brodie Garber transitioned to become the Fairfield Girls' Basketball coach, a role he has held before.  

2023 State Champion Coach Brodie Garber has 209 career wins coaching the boys and girls. Garber led the Falcon girls from 2012-2023 with 10 winning seasons, including 4 Sectional titles, 3 Regional Titles, and the State Championship in 2023. 

Garber had been the boys' varsity basketball coach for the previous two seasons with records of 13-10 and 16-6. Coach Garber said after being approved by the school board, that he was... "extremely excited to come back to lead the girls' program at Fairfield. I am looking forward to getting into the gym with our girls right away this summer! Go Falcons!"

Fairfield Athletic Director Chris Griffin said, "I am thrilled to have Coach Garber transitioning back to the girls program. He will continue to work hard and push our girls to grow and develop into great young women! We are excited for the future of Falcon Girls Basketball! Go Falcons!" 

Coach Garber took over the girls' program with key contributors coming back from a team fresh off a semi-state run. The 2025-26 Falcons had a record of 20-7.

Now, Fairfield has found his replacement to lead the Boys' Basketball team:

"Fairfield High School is proud to announce Brae Beadles as the new Head Boys Varsity Basketball Coach. Brae comes to Fairfield with an extensive coaching and leadership background in the basketball world."

Most recently, he served as the varsity assistant coach at Edwardsburg High School for two seasons, contributing to a 2025 district championship and an impressive 33-17 record.

Fairfield Athletic Director Chris Griffin said, "We are thrilled to have Brae join Fairfield Athletics. He brings a clear vision for all levels of Fairfield basketball, and he is a leader our athletes and families will easily connect with. I am looking forward to the positive impact he will have on our community!"

Coach Brae Beadles shared, "My family and I are beyond thrilled to join the Fairfield community. It is an honor to lead a program with such deep-rooted traditions and a proud history. I can't wait to get to work with our athletes. Go Falcons!"
