SOUTH BEND, Ind. -- A proposal by the Indiana Family and Social Services Administration (FSSA) is set to eliminate Legally Responsible Individual (LRI) caregiving by July 1, 2024.
Families across Indiana are calling for the State of Indiana to pause and reconsider a recall of the aged and disabled waiver.
