The Kosciusko County Sheriff's Department has released the name of the victim from a fatal accident that took place early Sunday morning.
Police say that 27-year-old Kami Ellis, a Nappanee native, was found deceased in her car on County Road 1350 North, near County Road 300 West.
When emergency crews arrived on the scene, they found a charred Nissan completely engulfed in flames in the middle of a field.
