BERRIEN COUNTY, Mich.-- At around 8:50 p.m. on Aug. 4, emergency personnel were dispatched to S. Crystal Avenue, just north of E. Napier Avenue, for a report of a vehicle that had gone off the road and into the ravine.

According to reports, the vehicle rolled over numerous times before coming to a rest. One female was found dead on the scene. 

A 46-year-old male and 11-year male were transported to the hospital for minor injuries. The third passenger, a 46-year-old female, was found on the scene deceased.

The investigation is ongoing.
