Although we could use rain to help slow our developing drought conditions, today will be beautiful with plenty of sunshine and highs in the mid 80's for Father's Day. Anyone heading out to the beach will be good to go with temperatures near the lakeshore in the 80's, water temperatures in the low 60's, and a low swim risk. More clouds start to move in this afternoon with partly cloudy skies heading into tonight and lasting through tomorrow. Any Juneteenth celebrations will be dry, but hot - be sure to bring a bottle of water to stay hydrated. The warmup continues moving into the work week with highs near 90 by mid-week. Rain stays out of the forecast through next weekend, drought conditions are expected to worsen.
