FBI seizes thousands of artifacts from Indiana resident

RUSH COUNTY, Ind. -- Authorities seized thousands of artifacts with cultural value from the private collection of a 91-year-old man in Rush County.

The FBI, with a team of about 100 people, descended on the home of Donald Miller.

Miller is described as an amateur archaeologist who has collected thousands of artifacts and relics for 80 years.

The FBI got involved after they figured out some of the items may have been acquired improperly. Miller, who traveled extensively, obtained others legally or before laws affecting them were on the books.

He is cooperating with the investigation.

It is unclear if he will face any criminal charges.
