Feds ask for more time in phone recording scandal

ST JOSEPH COUNTY, Ind. -- The US District Attorney's Office for Northern Indiana is asking for more time to weigh in on the legality of phone calls that were recorded at the South Bend Police Department. In addition, he says he plans to file a motion to dismiss.
