FEMA pulls out of East Coast as nor'easter rolls in

After Superstorm Sandy, FEMA stepped in to help with relief efforts.
They passed out supplies, found people shelter and managed the dire situation, but now people on the East Coast are angry.
As the nor'easter continues to move in, FEMA is moving out. They're pulling back their resources until after the storm is over.
