Festivities for Dowagiac's Summer in the City fest to continue

DOWAGIAC, Mich. – Friday marks day two of a three-day bash in Dowagiac.
The lineup for the Summer in the City Festival includes, circus-style performers, who specialize in fire eating, juggling and acrobatics.
There's also music, dancing, and many different family activities scheduled. Things wrap up Saturday night.
