UNITED STATES -- The Thanksgiving travel forecast is looking cloudy for fliers.
Fewer people are expected to fly this holiday season with fewer flight options. The Air Transport Association of America says 23.2 million travelers are expected to fly over the Thanksgiving weekend.
That's down two percent from last year, and 12 from just five years ago. Airlines are also cutting back on destinations and flights to popular routes to cut costs.
