SOUTH BEND, Ind – Even though the fighting Irish are on the road fans packed bars across Michiana area to see the Fighting Irish play the Hokies
“I’m here to watch the Irish whoop up on the other team” Braden Murphy said.
Playing states away in Blacksburg Virginia is not changing turnout.
“Virginia Tech is a tough team but it could be a good way to get in the playoffs” Marc Sieger said.
Despite the game being on until late into the night the diehard Fighting Irish fans tayed to see their tem win.
