ELKHART, Ind. - Sunday afternoon marked the third and final day of the "49th Annual Home and Outdoor Expo" in Elkhart.
Held at the RV Hall of Fame, the expo hosted 73 different vendors with everything from windows to home repair, to generators and patios.
Hundreds came out over the course of the weekend to get a head-start on those spring projects.
While it was a great event for locals looking to work on some home improvement, it was equally beneficial for the small businesses represented.
Niki Groves with the Builders Association of Elkhart County says they're proud of how the expo helps get those small businesses out there.
Groves stated, "It's important because we make sure that all these vendors have been in business for a long time and are upstanding. And that way we can make sure that they do a good job for our customers."
