Fire at Elkhart's Recycled New Pallet facility

Firefighters responded to a call just after 7 p.m. Wednesday about a fire at a business in the 24000 block of County Road 45 in Elkhart County.The fire is at the Recycled New Pallet facility, just south of the U.S. 20 bypass.
At 8:30 p.m., there was a request for more man power and tanker trucks to battle the blaze.
Crews from Oceola, Elkhart city, Elkhart township, Wakarusa, Harrison, Concord, Cleveland, Baugo, and Four Acre responded to the fire.
