After closure in 2020, YMCA reopens in downtown
BERTRAND TOWNSHIP, Mich. -- The Bertrand Township Fire Department responded to a fire in a wooded area of Oak Forest and Curran roads around 2 p.m. Monday.
Officials say someone was burning leaves and the fire got out of control and spread to the woods.
The fire was under control as of 3 p.m.
