Short holiday shopping season leads to retail surge
CASS COUNTY, Mich. – Investigators are searching for what caused a home to go up in flames Monday evening.
The fire took place near Edwards and Brady Streets in Dowagiac around 9:20 p.m.
The family, who said they had only bought the house a month ago, returned to find their home engulfed in flames.
Officials said there were no reported injuries.
