MISHAWAKA, Ind. -- The Firefighters Blues Fest returned to Kamm Island Park in Mishawaka Saturday afternoon despite the rain. This is the 26th year of the festival, which returns year in and year out. There were food vendors as well as vendors selling their own goods.
The family-friendly event kicked off at 1 p.m. this afternoon and briefly took a break due to the rain. All proceeds from Saturday's festival go towards the Hoosier Burn Camp and the Survive Alive House.
