Firefighters battle flames in South Bend garage fire

SOUTH BEND, Ind. -- South Bend firefighters fought to put out flames at a family's garage.
They rushed out to Twyckenham Drive around 10:30 Wednesday night. When crews got there, the unattached garage was already consumed with fire and they say the nearby electric lines didn't help.
Eventually crews were able to put out the flames.
No one was hurt, but the family did have a lot of personal items stored in there and the garage was completely destroyed.
