Firefighters respond to fire in South Bend

Firefighters responded to a fire at 400 S. Meade in South Bend Monday morning.
According to fire officials, no one was home when the fire started. Firefighters say the fire started in the kitchen.
A dog was rescued from the fire. Firefighters gave it oxygen and water and it is doing well.
