UNITED STATES – On Wednesday there will be a nationwide Emergency Alert System, for the first time ever.
The government says it wants to make sure everything works in case of a real emergency. The test will start at 2 in the afternoon and run on nearly all broadcast platforms and will last about three minutes.
It will, however, only be a test.
