Fiscal cliff talks stall for holidays

We are just nine days away from the new year and an increase in taxes.
Fiscal cliff talks have stopped for the holiday but many believe they are nowhere near over.
Both Republicans and Democrats can't agree on where to cut money.
President Obama is currently vacationing with his family in Hawaii for the holiday.
He's quite optimistic that a decision will be made before the new year.
