Order to lower flags to half-staff in Michigan and Indiana

Michigan Governor Gretchen Whitmer and Indiana Governor Eric Holcomb have, respectively, ordered Michiganders and Hoosiers to lower their flags to half-staff until Monday in honor of former US Secretary of State Madeleine Albright, who passed away on Wednesday.
