NEW ALBANY, Ind. -- Heavy rains turned the streets into rivers in parts of South Indiana.
In New Albany, the high waters caused a series of flash floods bringing cars to a stand still. Other drivers plowed right through.
Up to three and a half inches of rain fell in a short time.
