High temperatures flirted with 70 Monday, and it will be more of the same Tuesday. A steady south breeze also brings more clouds Wednesday, as a storm system approaches with widespread rain, Thursday. Thursday will be a rainy day, thunder is possible. Severe weather is doubtful, but an inch of rain will be impact, and something to plan around. The forecast trends cooler this weekend, back to the 40s.
