Flood waters creating dangerous conditions

            Floodwaters have caused damage and created dangerous conditions in a dozen Midwestern and Southeastern states.
And that has left many areas partly submerged.
From Kansas to Ohio, people are dealing with harsh weather and flash flooding.
In parts of Tennessee, roads are turning into rivers swallowing cars and even buses. The quick flooding prompted several rescues including a baby.
A woman died Thursday in Missouri.
