KOSCIUSKO COUNTY, Ind. -- A Crestview, Florida man was arrested Monday on felony sexual assault charges related to an incident which allegedly occurred in October 2023.

The suspect, 21-year-old Brady Clark, is charged with Rape, a Level 3 Felony, and Sexual Battery, a Level 6 Felony.

Clark was booked into the Kosciusko County Jail but has since made bail.

Clark's initial hearing is July 16.

According to the probable cause affidavit in this case, the victim spoke with an officer from the Winona Police Department on Aug. 6, 2025, regarding a sexual assault that happened in October 2023.

The victim stated she was in a bedroom in a house in Winona Lake with Clark. The victim said Clark was playing a video game. The victim said Clark then got up and laid on top of her while she was laying on the bed.

Clark allegedly pinned the victim down, not allowing her to move. The victim told police she didn’t know what Clark was doing. She stated Clark was touching her all over before he began further assaulting her.

The victim said she repeatedly asked him to stop and said she was in pain. The victim stated the assault caused her to bleed.

Clark allegedly made the victim touch him as well, which she said she didn’t want to do. She was able to pull her hand away.

The victim added that later during a car ride, Clark began touching her again and forcing her to touch him. She again immediately pulled her hand back.
