Food truck Hay Huey found to be operating without a license

ELKHART COUNTY, Ind. -- The Elkhart County Health Department has ordered the Hay Huey food truck to stop operations until it is in compliance with state and county food service ordinances.
The department says they discovered on March 19 the food truck was operating without a Retail Food Establishment License.
The business must remain closed until it is in full compliance.
