Former communications director discloses contents of SBPD recordings

SOUTH BEND, Ind. -- We have exclusive information on the South Bend Police Department's audio recording scandal.
As you may recall, the scandal led to the demotion of the police chief and the firing of the communications director.
For the first time, the communications director will explain how this entire thing started.
