Former Governor Edgar D. Whitcomb laid to rest

Indiana Governor Mike Pence spoke at the public memorial for former Governor Edgar D. Whitcomb Friday.
He delivered his remarks at the Statehouse Rotunda in downtown Indianapolis.
His office released photos of the service and of the procession downtown.
