Former La Porte County Deputy facing detention hearing today

LA PORTE, Ind.--A former La Porte County Deputy, charged with possession of child porn and evidence tampering will have his detention hearing today.

Last week 42-year-old, David Oldham was arrested on a federal warrant. The charges were filed as the result of an investigation by the Secret Service, he Indiana State Police, and the La Porte County Sheriff's Department.
