Former Notre Dame football player facing federal tax charges

A former Notre Dame football player and Chicago Bears player is facing federal tax charges.

Chris Zorich is accused of making more than $1 million over several years while filing no tax returns.

The tax case is intertwined with financial questions about his charitable foundation.

The foundation's last tax filing was more than 10 years ago.

Zorich has a law degree from Notre Dame but never passed the bar exam.
