Former Secretary of State Charlie White sentenced for felony convictions

NOBLESVILLE, Ind. -- Former Indiana Secretary of State Charlie White will be spending an entire year at home.

He was sentenced to 365 days of home detention. The 42-year-old was convicted earlier this month on voter fraud and perjury felony charges.

Due to statutes in Indiana law, after he finishes his sentence he won't be able to hold office again.
