Former teammate accuses Lance Armstrong of doping

He is a seven-time Tour de France champion, a cancer survivor, and a role model.

But now, Lance Armstrong is being called a cheater.

Armstrong is being accused of doping, using blood transfusions, testosterone, and cortisone -- which are all banned substances.

Armstrong received the news of these allegations while training for a triathalon in France, from which he is also now banned.

While Armstrong denies the claims, his former teammate said he witnessed the alleged doping.

Armstrong could be stripped of all seven of his Tour de France victories.
