ST. JOSEPH, Mich. – Forte Coffee is opening its third location in Berrien County, the first beginning to brew in 2018 on Niles Road in the city of St. Joseph.
Another shop opened last year in Benton Harbor’s Arts District, but the new location will be in downtown St. Joseph.
"The downtown St. Joseph economy is very very strong,” said Forte Coffee owner, Brian Maynard “I knew that it was busy in the summertime and I was here this past Saturday doing some work in the evening, during the snowstorm, and there were a few dozen people walking around and frankly many of them had a cup of coffee in their hands, so I think it's a good spot for us."
The new shop is set to open in St. Joseph this spring.
