Four arrested in Kosciusko County narcotics investigation
KOSCIUSKO COUNTY, Ind. - Four people were arrested for illegal drug activity in Warsaw on Thursday, according to the Warsaw Police Department.
On Thursday, officers with the Kosciusko County Narcotics Enforcement Team performed a search warrant in the 2400 block of W 250 S in Warsaw. Officers were searching for illegal drugs and items associated with the selling of illegal drugs after receiving several tips from citizens.
During the search, officers found approximately 56.4 grams (less than a pound) of crystal methamphetamine as well as United States currency, marijuana, THC vape pens, and paraphernalia used for illegal drug ingestion and dealing illegal drugs, according to reports.
Four Warsaw residents were arrested during the investigation.
Donna Anderson, 68, was arrested on the following charges:
- Four counts of dealing methamphetamine
- Four counts of possession of methamphetamine
- One count of maintaining a common nuisance
- Three counts of possession of methamphetamine enhancing circumstances
Anderson was given a $500 cash bond.
Douglas Story, 53, was arrested on the following charges:
- Possession of a narcotic drug
- Maintaining a common nuisance
- Possession of marijuana
- Possession of paraphernalia
- Possession of marijuana, prior conviction
Story was given a $250 cash bond.
Johnathon Rusher, 21, was arrested on the following charges:
- Maintaining a common nuisance
- Possession of marijuana
- Possession of paraphernalia
Johnathon Rusher was given a $250 cash bond.
Brianna Rusher, 18, was arrested on the charge of visiting a common nuisance.
Brianna Rusher was given a $250 cash bond.
