Four arrested in Marshall County, 13 firearms and multiple drugs seized
MARSHALL COUNTY, Ind. - The Marshall County Drug Task Force, Marshall County, and Indiana State police executed a search warrant on Friday in the 300 block of First Road in Lapaz, which resulted in four people being arrested.
Authorities located and seized 13 firearms, cocaine, several ounces of Psilocybin mushrooms, over a pound of marijuana, over 100 THC vape cartridges and edibles, multiple digital scales and packing and other evidence of dealing as well.
Four suspects were found in the home and taken to Marshall County Jail.
24-year-old Colt Hensley of Lapaz is charged with dealing in a schedule one or two controlled substance, a level two felony and has a $25,000 cash bond
24-year-old Cale Hensley of Lapaz is charged with dealing in a schedule one or two controlled substance, a level two felony, possession of cocaine, dealing in marijuana, and has a $25,000 cash bond
20-year-old Hannah Helak of South Bend is charged with possession of marijuana, a class B misdemeanor, visiting a common nuisance, a class B misdemeanor, and had a $500 cash bond. Her bond has been paid.
22-year-old Brisa Camacho of Lapaz is charged with possession of marijuana, a class B misdemeanor, maintaining a common nuisance, a level six felony, and had $1,500 cash bond. Her bond has also been paid.
