Fox sworn in as Probate Judge

SOUTH BEND, Ind. -- Thursday afternoon, St. Joseph County's new Probate Judge formally received his judicial robes.
"It is just an honor to have everyone come here and help me celebrate the occasion. Anytime i can get my family together thats a wonderful time," said Judge James Fox.
Judge Fox replaces longtime Probate Judge Peter Nemeth who retired in December after 19-years on the bench.
The County Bar Association hosted Thursday's robing ceremony at the courthouse downtown. Then a reception was held at Lasalle Grill.
