Frances Avenue closed for repair

ELKHART, Ind. -- Frances Avenue will be closed for the next two weeks due to an emergency sewer repair.
Frances will be closed between East Carlton Avenue and East Hively Avenue.
Drivers should use Prairie Street during the closure.
