Free blood lead testing for Benton Harbor residents December 4

BENTON HARBOR, Mich. – The InterCare Community Health Network is hosting a free blood lead testing event for City of Benton Harbor residents on Saturday from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m.
The event will be held at InterCare, located at 800 M-139 in Benton Harbor.
No appointments are needed to get tested.
Those getting a test can also pick up bottled water provided by InterCare while supplies last.
Flu shots, COVID-19 vaccinations, and COVID-19 booster doses will also be available at the testing event.
Children can also get a blood lead test through the WIC program and the Berrien County Health Department.
