There's another round of patchy fog this morning; spots of dense fog are possible around the AM commute as you step out the door. Temperatures climb quickly to the mid 70s today due to sunny skies in the afternoon. Michiana stays quiet and clear until this evening, when a cold front pushes in from the north and brings scattered showers and storms with it. No strong or severe weather is expected tonight, although a few brief downpours and gusty winds are likely. The wet weather originates from the lakeshore around 6-7 PM ET and pushes southeast. After the rain wraps up before midnight, clear skies take over and temperatures plunge to the upper 40s. Sunshine will be abundant this weekend with highs in the upper 60s and 70s Saturday and Sunday, respectively. Our area reaches the 80s this coming Monday.
Today: Evening rain. High 76.
Tonight: Thunderstorms, then mostly clear. Low 48.
Saturday: Sunny. High 68.
Sunday: Mostly sunny. High 73.
