Gas leak reported on S. Byrkit in Mishawaka

MISHAWAKA, Ind. -- A construction crew struck a gas line in the 1000 block of S. Byrkit on Wednesday.
Mishawaka Fire responded to the scene and evacuated the area. The scene has since cleared.
NIPSCO responded to the scene to repair the broken gas line.
