Gas prices expected to rise because of Isaac

Gas prices are expected to rise on the heels of refinery shutdowns along the Gulf Coast because of Tropical Storm Isaac.

Gas prices have already jumped close to $4 across Michiana.

There could be some relief though.

Midwestern refineries are set to start producing less-expensive winter fuel within the next few weeks.
