GoFundMe set up for SB150 mosaic on East Race

South Bend's 150th anniversary celebration kicks off on Friday, and SB 150 organizers are asking for donations to turn the East Race into a piece of art.
The 2,400 square foot mosaic beneath Colfax Avenue will be made from colored bottles and glass collected from businesses in downtown South Bend.
The whole project will take place during the weekend, and anyone who wants to volunteer can help all weekend long.
Organizers have created a GoFundMe page to ask for donations for the recycled mosaic.
