Good Samaritans help catch thieves

MICHIGAN CITY, Ind. -- Three men from Chicago are behind bars right now, because of a Good Samaritan couple.
The couple saw them taking tires off of trucks at a Michigan City dealership.
That couple called police and then followed the men.
Cops caught up with them along I-94 where they lost control and crashed.
The driver was arrested, the other two men were able to get away.
