Goshen announces Sidewalk Days as First Fridays theme for the summer

GOSHEN, Ind. -- Summer’s First Fridays theme, Sidewalk Days, has been announced for Downtown Goshen.

Held on June 3 and 4, retailers and restaurants will move to the sidewalks to provide festival-goers with summertime fare.

Attractions include children’s activities, a beer tent, and live music from local artists including Anna p.s., Brides of Neptune, and Joe Baughman + The Righteous Few.

The Elkhart County Soil & Water Conservation District and the City of Elkhart’s aquatic biologist will host information sessions about local wildlife and conservation efforts only on June 3.

“Sidewalk Days reflects the excitement we’re all feeling about brighter days and spending time outdoors by meeting our neighbors exactly where they want to be, but with sales and snacks,” said Director of Events Adrienne Nesbitt.

Participating vendors will be open from noon until 9 p.m. on Friday, June 3, and from 10 a.m. until 5 p.m. on Saturday, June 4.
