Goshen listed as a top city where poverty is rising

GOSHEN, Ind. ---  Goshen is high on the list of cities where poverty is rising.


24/7 Wall Street released the list this week and it said that poverty levels in Goshen are still high despite signs of economic recovery in the country.


Goshen ranked third in the U.S among cities where poverty is rising.  It is partially because of low average household income.
