Goshen man arrested for domestic battery charges

ELKHART, Ind. -- Officers of the Goshen Police Department arrested Goshen resident, Jose Cuevas Santos on multiple charges Saturday night.
At around 10:17 a.m., officers responded to a welfare check in the 2600 block of Alpine Fir Lane.
Following an investigation, the 27-year-old Santos was taken into custody for intimidation with a deadly weapon, domestic battery in the presence of a minor and domestic battery on a person under the age of 14.
He is currently incarcerated at the Elkhart County Jail.
Both victims were female. Police say they complained of pain but did not require medical treatment.
