GOSHEN, Ind. -- Documents from Elkhart Superior Court 3 reveal 55-year-old Dale Thompson has been charged with three counts of Child Molesting-intercourse, a Felony, Child Molesting-fondling, a Felony, and Child Molesting, a Felony, after accusations arose in October 2024.

Thompson is due in court on Oct. 30.

The Goshen Police Department received a report from a victim on Oct. 8, 2024, that Thompson had molested them on several occasions between the ages of 6 and 12.

The now adult victim stated Thompson would make her "pinky promise" to not tell anyone, and would sometimes bribe her with candy, pop, or money when she was younger.
